Privacy Policy
This page explains how funnel visitors, leads, and customers are tracked, stored, and processed across Fynlix experiences.
Data we collect
We collect the information visitors submit through forms, checkout fields, webinar registration, and customer support requests. We also store basic analytics and device data needed to run funnels and measure performance.
How we use data
Submitted data is used to deliver requested products, personalize funnel experiences, send transactional messages, and improve conversion performance. We do not sell customer contact data to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
Funnels may use cookies or similar technologies for session continuity, attribution, analytics, and personalization. Visitors can manage consent preferences through the cookie banner when it is enabled.
Data retention
We retain lead, order, and account records for operational, reporting, and compliance purposes. Audit events older than 24 months, revoked sessions older than 90 days, and expired verification tokens are deleted automatically. Records can be deleted or anonymized when the workspace owner requests it and no legal retention obligation applies.
Your data rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can exercise these rights directly from your account: open Settings → Privacy and choose "Export my data" or "Delete my account". Data exports are returned as JSON and delivered immediately; account deletions are scheduled with a 14-day grace period during which the request can be revoked before the data is permanently removed.
Security disclosure policy
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@fynlix.com. We acknowledge reports within 72 hours and commit to keeping researchers informed of remediation progress. See /.well-known/security.txt for our full security contact policy.
