Cookie Policy
Effective July 14, 2026 · Version 2026-07-14
This Cookie Policy explains how "Fynlix" ([Operator legal name — to be completed] — see the Privacy Policy for full details and contacts) uses cookies and similar technologies on our own websites and application at fynlix.com.
The short version: we use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics cookies on our websites. Because strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under EU ePrivacy rules, our site does not need — and does not show — a cookie consent banner.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser at a website's request. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which store data in your browser without sending it to the server automatically. We use the word "cookies" for all of these.
2. Cookies we set
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
fynlix_session | Strictly necessary (first-party, HTTP-only) | Keeps you signed in to your Fynlix account after login; required for the application to function. Set only when you log in. | For the lifetime of your login session; removed on logout or expiry. |
Short-lived, strictly necessary cookies or browser storage may additionally be used during specific authentication steps (for example multi-factor login challenges or security checks). These are always first-party and functional only.
What we do not use on our websites: advertising or targeting cookies; social-media tracking pixels; cross-site tracking of any kind; analytics cookies (none are in use at the date of this Policy). If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies, we will update this Policy first and, where consent is required, introduce a consent mechanism before they are activated.
3. Pages published by Fynlix customers
Businesses use Fynlix to build and publish their own funnels, pages and shops. Those published pages are controlled by the business that operates them, and that business decides which cookies, pixels and trackers run there (for example its own analytics or advertising pixels) and is responsible for obtaining any required consent — Fynlix provides customers with a configurable cookie-consent banner for their pages for this purpose. This Cookie Policy does not apply to customer-published pages; please check the cookie notice of the business whose page you are visiting.
If you are a Fynlix customer deploying pixels or trackers on your pages, you are responsible for using them lawfully — see Section 4.4 of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy.
4. Managing cookies
Because the only cookies we set are required for the Service to work, blocking them will prevent you from logging in, but you remain free to control cookies in your browser: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings (see your browser's help pages — for example "Clear cookies and site data"). Logging out removes your session cookie.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this Policy before our actual cookie usage changes. The current version and effective date are shown on this page. Questions: privacy@fynlix.com.
